Appointments that need to be cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost. No shows and appointments cancelled less than 2 hours before your visit are charged in full.

Fertility and Preconception New Client Appointment
Preparing for pregnancy? Your initial appointment will be with certified integrative nutrition & holistic facilitator Sarah. In this initial 60 minute video appointment, we’ll talk through your wellness history, food history, goals and personalized preconception game plan together.

Birth Doula New Client Call
Interested in using one of our amazing holistic labor doulas? This free initial call will help us understand your birth goals, preferences and details so that we can match you with one of our doula’s that we believe will be the best fit for you.

Postpartum Doula New Client Call
Interested in working with one of the postpartum doulas on our team? This initial call will help us understand your current needs, and how we can best assist you during this time.

Prenatal - New Mom Health Initial Appointment
This initial appointment with either our Certified Integrative Nutrition consultant, or lead Birth Doula and Health coach will go over your health and food history, pregnancy and birth goals to start creating a personalized health, pregnancy and birth plan.

Postpartum - New Mom Health Initial Appointment
This initial appointment will get you started on reclaiming your health after having your baby. This call will be with certified integrative nutrition consultant & holistic facilitator Sarah, and together you will go over your health and food history, birth story, the symptoms or challenges you are facing, and other relevant information so that we can create a personalized health plan for you.
Cost: New business promotion $100 (normaly $150)
